My Work As a Supervisor
After many years in private practice, I decided that I want to work alongside other counsellors and therapists and step into the world of supervision. I undertook my NCS recognised Supervision Diploma with Safe Space For Counselling. My supervision work is underpinned by my years of working in private practice and the experiential supervision course that was led by Ken Rabone.
My approach is that of being on a journey together, lets talk, lets experiment but above all, we can be in it together!
My training is based on the Shohet and Hawkins Seven Eyed approach and I have very much enjoyed integrating it into my work. I am an accredited NCPS member and practice with their code of ethics firmly in mind.
I offer supervision for both individuals and also consider running supervision for groups if that is required. If you would like to learn more please do get in touch.
I know how important it is to find the right supervisor, so, with this in mind I am pleased to offer a free, no obligation half an hour meeting where you can come and meet with me to see if I am the the supervisor for you.
My aim to offer you a space to talk about clients, your process with your clients, to be real and open about some of your professional and personal challenges and to help you to further your career or expand your private practice.
