How can counselling help?
Counselling provides a safe and supportive space to talk through your concerns with someone who will not judge you, will remain unbiased and will honour confidentiality. It is through this different sort of relationship that you can explore and learn about yourself without fear of being judged. Counselling is great for helping deal with a wide range of what life throws at us and difficulties that you may not be able to share with friends or family
